You will partner closely with our Product Development and Sourcing teams to streamline operations and ensure alignment across multiple initiatives.You’ll drive high-impact, cross-functional projects that optimize how our teams work—driving clarity, efficiency, and smarter ways of doing business.This role is based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

• Manage large-scale, strategic projects from kickoff through completion, keeping teams on track and outcomes aligned with goals
• Design and execute detailed project plans including scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource needs
• Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure expectations and timelines are clear and achievable
• Act as a team conduit to cross-functional partner teams to clarify handoffs and collaboration points for efforts the Sourcing team contributes to
• Partner with Sourcing and Product Development leaders to run business activities
• Track progress, manage risks, and adjust as needed to keep projects running smoothly
• Foster open communication and strong relationships across teams and with external partners
• Conduct post-project evaluations, share learnings, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant project management experience (retail or consumer goods industry experience is a plus)
• A strategic mindset paired with strong organizational and execution skills
• Proven success in leading cross-functional process or business transformation projects
• Comfort managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software like Smartsheet (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—you keep people informed, aligned, and motivated
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, collaborative approach to challenges
• An understanding of how to influence and drive progress without direct authority
