Porter, Coffee Roasting Facility

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order of our office space and public access areas. This position will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient service to all guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Trash removal and sorted accordingly to re-use
• Vacuum or mopping
• Dusting
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean Retail Café, cupping room, tea lab, training room and break room
• Clean surfaces and glass
• Maintain sweep logs
• Replace light bulbs
• Fire extinguisher check
• Vent cleaning
• Painting or touch up painting
• Performs additional and all related duties as required

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner to fellow team members and customers
• Ability to comply with all WFM policies and procedures
• Ability to complete all tasks in a thorough and timely manner
• Working understanding of and compliance with all WFM quality goals
• Demonstrates responsibility and accountability in recognizing and accomplishing all tasks
• Ability to use knives, personal protective equipment, forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, six wheel carts, baler and all other equipment used during preparation and clean up within department and store
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights, weekends and holidays as required

The wage range for this position is $19.50-$32.01 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
