Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst to bring fresh thinking and strategic focus to our Supply Chain Compliance Team. In this key role, you'll lead efforts to uncover inefficiencies, streamline operations, and deliver meaningful improvements across the business. You'll have the opportunity to harness powerful platforms like FoodLogiQ, Genesis, and Salesforce—not just as tools, but as drivers of transformation. From initial discovery to full rollout, you’ll manage projects that make a real impact. As the go-to expert and system administrator for our Compliance platforms, you’ll shape how we use technology to stay agile, compliant, and ahead of the curve.This role is based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and admin for FoodLogiQ and Salesforce systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage change
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and training materials
  • Conduct regular process audits and performance measurements to ensure continuous improvement
  • Manage projects through all phases: discovery, planning, execution, rollout, and closure
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in process improvement

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expertise in business process analysis and redesign methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management capabilities, including risk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Not Required, but Bonus Points for:

  • Expertise in FoodLogiQ, Oracle Retail Brand Compliance, and Salesforce platforms
  • Certification in project management
The wage range for this position is $77,111.00-$131,089.00 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
