Store Team Leader - New Store Opening - Queensway, London - Fall 2026

The UK is seeking a Store Team Leader to open our new store located on Queensway, London. This role manages all aspects of store operations. Lead and develop Associate Store Team Leaders, Team Leaders, and Team Members.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest retail standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance are being met or exceeded at all times.
  • Build a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
  • Use expertise to positively influence situations and effectively communicate ideas and changes to Team Members.
  • Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate and counsel Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
  • Use creative and innovative thinking to build sales and legendary customer service, effectively address problems, and successfully adapt to the market and competition.
  • Provide ideas and suggestions that contribute to the growth of the store and region.
  • Inspire Team Members, set clear expectations and develop Team Members to excellence.
  • Support Team Member growth and development by promoting a culture of training.
  • Lead in understanding, implementing, and living the company Core Values.

The wage range for this position is £55,000.00-£96,500.00 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
