Reuse, reduce and recycle is our way of life even when it comes to building our stores. We harness alternative energy to offset electricity use, recycle rainwater through on-site purification systems, and employ systems that turn food scraps into energy. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! Some of our stores even feature rooftop greenhouses that grow produce that we sell in the store below.
